Which jars does Seeld work with?
Regular and wide-mouth glass jars fitted with a vacuum lid. Seeld sits on top of the lid and pulls the air out through it.
Do I need special lids?
Yes, the jar needs a vacuum-compatible lid so the seal can hold. Ordinary screw-on lids won’t hold a vacuum.
How long does food stay fresh?
It depends on the food, but taking the air out slows down the things that make food go stale, so dry goods like coffee, nuts and biltong keep their taste and texture for longer than in an ordinary jar.
How do I charge it?
With the USB-C cable. It’s cordless, so once it’s charged you can use it anywhere in the kitchen.
How do I open a sealed jar?
Lift the edge of the lid to let air back in and the lid comes off easily.
How do the bundles work?
